Saturday morning I went to York College for the annual Special Olympics event, I had 2 cards of Local Legend Loretta Claiborne the cards of 2019 Topps Allen & Ginter one was the base and the other a relic she commented that the relic was a running shirt she had provided to Topps. Loretta who is 72 now has been a long time participant and medal winner in all levels of the Special Olympics. I asked during a break between Tennis skills and matches.
