Dave and I went to Baltimore yesterday for some pre game autographing wasn't a great day as it rained the whole time we were there. I was able to get some as we were under trees or umbrellas mostly 3x5's since really didn't want to get items screwed up by water.  I had sold my game tickets so after a couple hours in the weather we decided to leave and watch the game near home at the local Buffalo Wild Wings. Collection purchased

I made a significant purchase someone I know was looking at changing his collection goals and was selling everything else.  I know he has been collecting autographs for over thirty years mostly minor leagues and AA baseball in Harrisburg. So he offered a few other friend to look through them a pull what they wanted. I took all that was remaining total was about 4,000 autographed cards starting in the mid 70's to mid 2000 mostly 1990 cards.  There were a few 8x10's and about 50 company certified cards along with some miscellaneous items.  All in all it was a good price and alot of cards/players I had not gotten so worked out well.  There are some doubles so those will be available for trades.

49ers @ Ravens 8/7/2014

My son and I went to the game on Thursday. Went down early for autographs pre-game went inside when the gates opened for some 49ers and then stayed after for some post-game autographs.  As for the game Ravens defense looked inept against the run and Carlos Hyde on the first drive and gave up a field goal but from there on was all Ravens Flacco guided to a TD on first drive and then most of starters sat down.  23 straight points and W albeit a preseason W so not worth anything. I bought this 2013-14 Score autograph card of Magnus Hellberg # 711 from Ebay and it came in the mail today the total cost of it was .69 shipped. Not a bad price for a rookie autograph.

Jennie Finch

I went to the guest appearance by Jennie Finch at the York Revolution game on Thursday wasn't able to get any autographs of either York or Sugar Land due to being in the line for Jennie but was able to get 2 8x10's sign for standing in the line for 2 1/2 hours and going through twice.

AS Roma Vs. Inter Milan

My son wanted to go the Guinness ICC soccer game that was at Lincoln Financial in Philadelphia on Saturday. It was a good game a 2-0 win for Inter Milan.  Wasn't going to do any autographs and kind of fell in to getting 2 one from each squad.  From Inter Milan I got Javier Zanetti on my ticket stub he is now there V.P. after a 20 year playing career and Eric got a AS Roma coach it's not much of an Auto but I think it is Guido Nanni who is there goaltending coach.
