I received my PSA encapsulated Ken Strong autographed 3x5 in the mail today. Ken is my 214th Football HOF autograph that I have my collection which is about 62% so a good dent but still need a lot. This was purchased from an EBay dealer I made an offer which was rejected on the spot then 10 minutes later I get an discount offer on the item for $2 more then my offer so I took not sure how all that works but I'm happy with how it turned out.
