A friend and I made the 2 plus hour drive from York, PA to Bristow, VA on Saturday for the first USA date of the current Iron Maiden Book of Souls tour. It was a great show as we got there about 4 pm had some food and beers in the parking lot before entering Jiffy Lube Live Arena. We had purchased the most economical Lawn Seats and where able to be in the front of the lawn area and center stage. Ghost was the opening act which was great for me as I wanted to see them as well. This was my 4th Maiden show but 1st in 30+ years as I last saw them 3 time in early to mid 80's in the now torn down Spectrum in Philly. All in all a great day of food friends and music! As for the length of the show Ghost was about 45 Minutes and Maiden was about 2 hours.
Interesting that they sell Iron Maiden Trooper beer at the shows.
