From the Sunday X thread #Cards4free I made a claim of this 2019 Panini Prizm Draft Picks # 230 Marquise Copeland autograph from @KevinSpollen and it arrived yesterday.  Nice card of a current LA Ram player I didn't have.

I purchased this autographed Marion Motley 8x10 off of eBay as he was one the Football HOFers I needed in the collection. Marion is my 296th different autograph I have of Football HOFers.  See picture of the item below nice shot and clean auto.

Topps RIP Night Part 2

A friend of mine Jim went to the Topps RIP Night in Bel Air MD Saturday night I wasn't able to make as had family stuff planned.  The guest was Cecil Fielder.  Jim said he couldn't have been nicer.  He was able to get a bunch of items signed all my cards 9 see below for the picture of them and then Jim and his grand son got some cards a ball and a bat with some inscriptions added.  Sounded like a good time and Cecil has a great autograph too!

Mike Bielecki

Yesterday I went to a Topps Rip Day even in Essex, MD at a card shop I had never been to before as it's about an hour away.  They were to have 3 signers but I only needed Mike Bielecki as I've gotten Mike Bordick and AL Bumbry a number of times it was a quick signing as not a lot in attendance for the 1pm signing and Mike was nice and signed a lot as you can see from picture below he did 16/18 I had in my book on 2 pages. The big one for me was the 1987 Fleer as I have a few of this set signed nice to add to it. The Facebook Flyer for the shop and event is also below.

Tre'Quan Smith

I received these 3 Tre'Quan Smith New Orleans Saints 11x14 autographed JSA Certified pictures from Metabilia I ran into an issue online trying to redeem points that I had on my account then they expired so they gave me additional points so I selected these so wound up basically for free.  So it took awhile but in the end it all worked out.

Matthew Modine - Vision Quest

I follow Actor Matthew Modine on X and he does giveaways from time to time and for the 40th Anniversary of his movie Vision Quest he was giving away a signed by him Flat of the band Red Rider from the soundtrack! and I won when I entered I posted a picture of the Ronnie James Dio Vision Quest flat that I have signed as well so maybe he thought they should be together which they are now.

Edward DeBartolo Jr.

I purchased this autographed Edward Debartolo Jr. picture off of EBay.  I needed his auto for the Football HOF collection which now stands at 295 that I have autographs of in my collection.  Down to needing 87 more. Nice picture with the Super Bowl trophies.

I purchased 6 cards from a Stack sale on X from @RRSC_14 the lot was made up of 5 Autographs and a Devin Leary.  See the list of autographs purchased and a picture of them.

Jermaine Lewis

My buddy Dave gave me this signed Jermaine Lewis Ravens Alumni Postcard.  I didn't have this one so a nice add to the Ravens collections.

Mailday PWE's & Trade # 2

In Friday's mail I received 2 PWE's first was a trade with @Hurl1238Shawn from X with my side being a 2024 Panini Mosaic # 374 of current Ravens Adisa Isaac the second was from the Sunday #Cards4free thread from back before Christmas and was a 2023 Panini Score Khalil Shakir It's Good Autograph this came from @LanceN1991 he also threw in a Green Zay Flowers NFL Debut RC. All nice new additions to the PC's.  See picture below of each.

 

New Class Football HOF

With last nights announcement of the 4 newest members of the Football Hall of Fame I have my 293rd & 294th members of my HOF autograph collection with Eric Allen and Antonio Gates.  I need the other 2 Jared Allen and Sterling Sharpe.  Interesting that I purchased the Gates in 2014 for a grand total of $1.62 seems like that was a good deal.  Below is a picture of the items I already had acquired years ago.

Larry Csonka

I've needed a Larry Csonka autograph and have been looking for one for some time.  I finally found a Ron Mix Platinum Series /2500 postcard on Ebay and was at a reasonable price, so I was bidding and won it.  Larry is my 292nd Football Hall of Famer autograph in the collection.  I'm down to needing 86 more, will see how the weekend goes with the new class being announced I already have a few of them and depending on who gets in the Hall of Fame I could have all that get in this year which would be great.

Barry Sanders

About 6 weeks ago just before Christmas I saw a tweet from Barry Sanders account that said if you send a card in he would sign and return so I tried it.  Today in the mail a card came back not the same card as I sent in which it was stated that it was guaranteed you would get the same back so wasn't upset at all was just glad I got the reply and the autograph of a great Hall of Famer. the card that was returned was a 1990 Score Ground Force # 325. great add to the collection.  I did a post of it on X and Barry's account liked it as well!

Westminster, MD Show

Mike and I went to the show today.  It didn't have a lot of what I was looking for but did pick up 5 cards, 6 unsigned 8x10's and 4 signed 8x10's they had a list of signers but I had them all and wouldn't have paid what they price was anyway most were 25 or 30 bucks and was like Rick Dempsey, Bart Scott, Ken Singleton, Ben McDonald etc..... The autographs are listed below that I got where at a great price.

3. Shawn Springs - PSA Certified 8x10.
4. Fitzgerald Toussaint - Playball Ink Cert #'d 22/50 8x10. with Michigan inscriptions.
