I made a trade with @Collec_Sport Matt sent 2 PWE's and the first arrived on 7/13, We thought that USPS lost the second envelope but it finally appeared 17 days after it was stamped in VT and 2 weeks after the 1st envelope arrived. The 2nd envelope also contained 6 autographed football cards listed and pictured below.
