Geoff Tate

Geoff Tate

Everett and I on Wednesday 9/15/2021 went to see former Queensryche lead singer Geoff Tate live in concert at the The Keswick Theatre in Glenside PA.  This tour was supposed to be last year but was delayed due to the Pandemic and we had to show vaccination card or a negative test to get in.  This show was to be the 30th anniversary tour for the Empire album so it's the 31st year and the show include 2 full albums of material starting with Rage For Order followed by Empire and then 2 song encore.   We were in the 5th row and Geoff's voice sounded great probably with 18 months of rest helped this out a bit.  The opening act was Kurt Deimer in his band was Phil X who replaced Richie Sambora in Bon Jovi so was cool to see him in a smaller venue.  I was able to get the set-list from Kurt Deimer and as we were leaving he was out front on the sidewalk so I got it autographed as well.  I was also able to get a pick from Guitarist Alex Hart how was with Tate.  All in all a fantastic night of live music.  Below I will post links to Tate's set-list and some pictures and links to some songs on my YouTube channel.
