Fran Tarkenton

I purchased this PSA/DNA autographed Fran Tarkenton B&W photo from EBay.  Fran is my 266th member of the football HOF that I have an autograph in my collection.  Photo is old shows some wear but was a good price and was already certified so was a nice addition.
